Clearwater is a great place for music festivals, and if you’re visiting Bamboo Beach Club Resort in October, you might get to see one of the area’s most popular annual events.
The Tampa Bay Times reported on the lineup for this year’s Clearwater Jazz Holiday, and it’s awesome.
Expect funk, soul, Americana and collaborations galore when the 37th Clearwater Jazz Holiday hits Coachman Park this Oct. 13.
Organizers announced the festival’s initial 2016 lineup Monday, and it includes a host of acts on each day that they hope might share a stage: Kool and the Gang and the Commodores on Thursday, Oct. 13; the Preservation Hall Jazz Band on Friday; Daryl Hall and the Mavericks on Saturday; and the Lone Bellow and Houndmouth on Sunday.
A Sunday night headliner has yet to be unveiled, but a festival spokesman said an announcement could come any day. –Tampa Bay Times
Tickets to the 2016 Jazz Holiday are now on sale to the general public.
General Admission
General Admission / Lawn Seating tickets for the event are start at $16 per day if purchased in advance or $25 day of show. Daily, 4-Day and Weekend tickets are available. Kids 12 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult
Reserved Seating
Reserved Seating allows you the opportunity to get close to the Tampa Bay Times stage and includes one reserved seat in the front area of the stage on the day you select.
Prices start at $45 per day and will increase the day of the show. Weekend and 4-Day discount packages are available.
The purchase of the Reserved Seat includes admission to Coachman Park. Entrance to the Reserved Seating section is located on the South side of Coachman Park, to the left of the main stage.
VIP
A single day VIP Experience includes a reserved seat within the first 8 rows of the Reserved Seating area along with use of the hospitality area on your selected day.
The VIP Hospitality is an area secured for partners and VIP Patrons where guests can enjoy free food provided by The Living Room, three glasses of beer or wine, unlimited soda and water, an executive restroom trailer and more.
Entrance to the VIP Experience area is located on the North and South sides of Coachman Park, to the left and right of the main stage.
